My buddy Jeff has that bike sitting in his garage right now, and he was nice enough to send these photos to me so I could share some history with y'all. The top shot is Mike Lafollette who rode the bike to the record (i think). The center shot is Mikes dad Glen with the one and only Burt Munro. The last pic is obviously the time tag for the record that Mike set later in the week.
The bike was also road raced by a fellow named Dieter Guttner in the 70's. I'll post some of those shots at some point soon.
